Gas Saver from OTC Daihen designed to reduces the sudden flow of gas and constantly controls the flow of shielding gas.

• The gas flow rate can be adjusted from the teach pendant for each welding section.

• The gas flow rate can also be set for each gas type and welding method.

• Real gas flow rate can be monitored on the teach pendant in real time.

• Flow rate control prevents bumping when welding starts. Since the flow rate is controlled with high accuracy in real time, the set gas flow rate can be stably obtained. (flow rate system ±2%)

• During gas ON, the system constantly monitors the gas flow rate, so the robot can be stopped when the flow rate is insufficient.
